I often see someone throwing away the trash and garbage where is dirty and unclean. He might be stimulated by the exiting ones thrown away before. On the contrary, when we keep the street clean, it will definitely prevent the potential crime, as like the deeds of the members of ASEZ of WMSCOG :)
